Production time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your item to be printed and quality-checked before it ships. Personalized and multi-item orders may take a little longer during busy seasons.
Shipping
Orders ship from the United States via USPS with tracking. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in over a week or your package seems lost, email juliettaom@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help sort it out.
