Every item at Yulia's Pantry Joy is 3D printed to order, just for you.
Personalized items
Items customized with a name or personal text cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the personalization doesn't match what you ordered. In those cases, we'll reprint and replace your item free of charge — just contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo.
Non-personalized items
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the item.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If anything arrives broken or wrong, email us at juliettaom@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo — we'll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.
